Shipping & Returns

We currently run FREE shipping promotion for all orders under $100, FREE express shipping for orders over $100 otherwise please refer to the below for all your shipping information.

All orders $50 or over are eligible for free regular shipping.

The regular shipping cost for orders under $50 is at a flat rate of $6.  Express shipping is available at a flat rate of $11.

Delivery usually occurs within 3-6 business days to major metro areas in Australia. Please allow a few days extra for orders to rural areas in Australia.

We ship most orders out between 1 to 3 business days. You will receive an email with tracking information from Australia Post. All parcels require a signature on delivery.

Lost Parcel

If your parcel has not had any tracking updates in three or more business days, please contact us and we will follow it up for you. Alternatively, contact Australia Post directly by quoting the tracking number you received in your email from Australia Post for a faster response.

Returned to sender

If your parcel is returned to us because your property was not accessible, your address was unclear or you failed to collect your parcel from the post office by the deadline, a shipping cost will be charged for your order to be resent to you. Please take care to enter your address correctly.

Refunds and Returns

Any problems with items you receive must be reported to us within 14 days of receipt. We guarantee money back refund without question if the product is defective in any way. Items must be returned in the original condition in which they were received.

Change of Mind Returns

If you have ordered the wrong product, then you can still return for a full refund but please note that the items must be unopened and unused. If there is any defect in the product on receipt then it may be returned to us for a refund at that time. Buyers bear postage.

Are Shine Bright Beauty products 100% authentic?

All our products are sourced directly from Korea and Japan and we are 100% committed to bringing 100% genuine products direct from the brands in Korea and Japan.

Is the product I received expired?

No, Most Korean products have been traditionally labelled with manufacturing date instead of expiry date.  Products will have a shelf-life of 2 to 3 years from manufacturing date.

제조 means "manufactured"

까지 means "expiry"

What if I get an allergic reaction?

We strongly recommend that you test any beauty product on a small area of your skin first. If there is any sign of allergic reaction, please discontinue and seek medical advice. If you require any info on ingredients, please do not hesitate to contact us at  Shine Bright Beauty is not liable for any allergic reactions that you may develop and cannot offer refunds on products purchased.
